All products are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail (Standard Shipping) or FedEx (for orders to Canada and the United States only, additional shipping charges imposed).

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Prices & Exclusions: All prices displayed on our website exclude destination duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes unless explicitly stated at checkout.
U.S. Customers: A 10% import duty applies to orders shipped from the UK. Due to platform checkout settings, this charge may appear under 'VAT' or 'Taxes' during checkout, but it covers applicable US customs fees so your shipment arrives without unexpected charges.
EU Customers: Depending on your country and order processing, import VAT and customs duties may be pre-calculated and collected at checkout (via IOSS or Royal Mail PDDP). This ensures your package passes through customs smoothly without additional local handling delays.
Rest of the World: Orders shipped to other countries are dispatched on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any applicable import duties, VAT, or administrative fees are the recipient’s responsibility and will be collected by your local carrier/customs office upon delivery.
Non-Refundable Policy: All import fees and customs taxes paid are non-refundable in the event of a return or order cancellation. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific local thresholds and fees.

Refunds & Payment Fees

In the event of a refund, any bank, debit/credit card, or PayPal transaction fees will be retained by the payment processor and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
